Slim Chickens to open second Liverpool restaurant

Slim Chickens is set to open its second Liverpool location at Liverpool Shopping Park on Edge Lane on September 17, 2026. The opening event will feature various promotions, including free chicken tenders for the first 100 customers.

To celebrate the expansion, the brand is distributing 5,000 ‘Fresh Drop’ cards to the first 5,000 customers who place an order. These cards contain unique codes that can be entered into the Slim Chickens UK app to reveal prizes such as sandwiches, shakes, or Texas toast. One specific card, known as a ‘Fresh Pass’, will grant the winner a free chicken meal worth up to £14.95 every week for life.

The new restaurant, part of the UK expansion under the Boparan Restaurant Group, will offer the brand’s full menu, including wings, wraps, salads, and signature sauces.
