Slippery Rock and Edinboro win at Doug Watts Open

At the Doug Watts Open held in Edinboro, Slippery Rock University secured the men's team title. Easton Adamczyk won the individual title with a time of 19:50.50. The Slippery Rock men placed all five scorers in the top nine positions to achieve a team score of 31 points. Edinboro and Gannon tied for second place with 64 points each.

In the women's competition, Edinboro won the team title with a score of 26, placing all five runners in the top 10. Slippery Rock finished second with 44 points, followed by Gannon in third with 98 points. Daemen University placed seventh in the women's division with a total of 148 points. Daemen's top performers included Lia Brasacchio, who finished 27th, followed by Kylie Piekarski and freshman Julie Cruz.
