Romanian and Moldovan TV programs unveil new Sunday line‑ups

On Sunday, the Romanian talk show Spynews TV aired a special episode in which Marian Manole, brother of the late singer Mădălina Manole, gave exclusive revelations about her life and death. The broadcast also featured interviews with other public figures, including discussions on personal hardships and celebrity experiences.

The Kanal D documentary series “Asta‑i România!” presented a report on two young couples who left city life in Bucharest to start a farm in Călăraşi County, as well as a story about 72‑year‑old Maria Ichim, who cares for her five‑year‑old great‑grandson after losing her family in tragic fires.

In Moldova, PRO TV’s evening news bulletin covered a range of topics, from a prosecutor’s inquiry into a shooting at Strășeni prison to political debates over the appointment of Prime Minister Vasile Tofan, traffic restrictions for a sports event, and several accidents and emergencies across the country.
