Slovak celebrities share emotional milestones as children move abroad for studies

Slovak public figures Dara Rolins and Andrea Verešová have both shared emotional milestones regarding their children moving abroad for education.

Dara Rolins announced that her daughter, Lola, has moved to Madrid to begin university studies. The singer shared on Instagram that the departure followed her recent wedding to Pavol Nedveď, describing the rapid transition of life changes as a “shock treatment.”

Similarly, model Andrea Verešová accompanied her son, Daniel, to England to start a new school. Verešová expressed mixed emotions about her son leaving home, noting that while it is difficult to not have him around every day, she values the independence and international experience the move provides.
