Slovak Financial Administration announces real estate auctions

The Slovak Financial Administration has announced three real estate auctions scheduled for September and October 2026. These properties are being sold due to tax executions.

The first auction features a family home in Ratková, Revúca district, with a starting price of 14,000 EUR. Built around 1955, the 135.61 m² house is partially cellared and suitable for reconstruction for permanent or recreational use. The auction will take place on September 23, 2026, at the Tax Office in Banská Bystrica.

The second offering consists of three operational buildings in Hlohovci, formerly used for the meat industry. The complex includes cold storage, warehouses, production areas, a shop, offices, and a garage. The starting price is 396,000 EUR, with the auction set for October 6, 2026, at the Tax Office in Trnava.

The third auction involves an older family home in Koprivnica, Bardejov district, with a starting price of 32,700 EUR. The property includes a house and a warehouse building situated on a total land area of over 1,700 m². This auction is scheduled for October 14, 2026, at the Tax Office branch in Bardejov.

The Financial Administration notes that debtors may avoid auctions by communicating with the tax office and resolving their situations in a timely manner.
