Slovak police charge parents with human trafficking and child pornography

Slovak authorities have charged a 38-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman with human trafficking, endangering the moral development of youth, and the continuous crime of distributing child pornography.

Following an investigation codenamed ‘Kuba’ by the Office for Combating Organized Crime (ÚBOK) and the Sobrance mobile intervention unit, the suspects were detained in the Partizánske district on October 8. Investigators allege that between August 2024 and July 2025, the parents repeatedly used an online platform to offer their minor daughter for sexual services and other sexual practices.

The duo is also accused of distributing videos depicting sexual intercourse involving unidentified female minors and unknown men. They reportedly communicated with various interested parties through a created online profile to arrange the time, location, and price of services and audiovisual materials for financial gain. A district court has ordered the detention of the male suspect.
