Slovak startup CloudTalk launches AI‑powered cloud phone system for businesses

CloudTalk, a Slovak startup, offers a cloud‑based telephone system that replaces traditional on‑premise PBX hardware. The service runs through a web browser or dedicated apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices, allowing companies to operate without special equipment.

The platform combines standard cloud telephony with an AI voice agent capable of handling entire calls autonomously. The AI can understand natural language, retrieve answers from a company’s knowledge base, and transfer the call to a human operator only when needed. Additional features include AI conversational intelligence that transcribes calls, provides summaries, and estimates customer satisfaction, as well as virtual phone numbers in more than 180 countries.

CloudTalk integrates with CRM systems, supports call routing, recording, and automated menus, and aims to reduce missed after‑hours calls and the time sales teams spend manually dialing contacts.
