Slovak TV channel Markíza unveils autumn lineup with SuperStar return
Slovak broadcaster Markíza announced its programme slate for the upcoming autumn season. The biggest surprise is the revival of the singing competition SuperStar after a five‑year absence; the show will air on Wednesdays at 20:30, a departure from its traditional weekend slots.
A new crime‑drama series titled Hriech will debut on Monday evenings at 20:30, joining the existing daily serial Sľub, which continues to broadcast Monday‑Friday at 17:55. Long‑running series Dunaj will keep its Tuesday and Thursday 20:30 slots. The reality series Farma will launch its 18th season with main episodes on Fridays and Sundays at 20:30. Additional schedule tweaks involve the reality makeover show Extrémne premeny and the celebrity programme Možné je všetko, which will shift to a Saturday night slot.
Overall, Markíza’s autumn schedule combines strong returns, new scripted content, and adjusted reality‑TV offerings to compete for viewers in the coming months.
