Slovakia Issues Strong Wind Warning for Multiple Districts

The Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute (SHMÚ) issued a first‑degree warning for strong winds affecting western Slovakia, with gusts expected to reach 65–70 km/h. The warning, valid until 16:00, covers the Bratislava region and most districts of the Nitra and Trnava regions. Additional alerts for thunderstorms remain in effect until 20:00 in the Košice and Prešov regions.
