Slovakia: Two separate investigations launched after bodies discovered

Two separate tragic incidents involving deceased individuals were reported in Slovakia on September 8.

In Slovenský Grob, a house fire broke out on Okružná Street around 8:12 PM. Emergency responders discovered the body of a woman without signs of life inside the burning building. Firefighters successfully extinguished the flames, and Pezinok police are currently investigating the cause of the fire and the circumstances surrounding the woman's death.

In a separate incident in Bátorove Kosihy, Komárno district, police discovered a body in a local home on Tuesday afternoon. Authorities are investigating the case under suspicion of a violent crime to determine the exact circumstances and cause of death.
