Slovakia's open-air cinema events feature comedy in Most pri Bratislave and Romani documentary at Spiš Castle

The municipality of Most pri Bratislave will host an open‑air screening of the comedy *Bardotky* on 1 August 2026. Tickets cost €6 and the event includes portable seating, with guests encouraged to bring blankets or folding chairs. The program follows a public vote that selected the film, and additional screenings are planned throughout August.

A separate outdoor cinema will take place under the historic Spiš Castle on 31 July 2026. The free event, organized by government commissioner for Romani communities Alexander Daško, will screen the documentary *Nebo – Koleso – Zem* about Romani history and culture. Organisers aim to promote mutual understanding and cultural heritage, inviting the wider public to experience the film beneath the castle’s towers.
