Slovenia begins early voting for four referendums

Slovenia has commenced early voting for four upcoming referendums. Voters will decide on one legislative referendum regarding changes to the law on parliamentary inquiries, alongside three consultative referendums.

The consultative questions concern the abolition of the mandatory RTV Slovenija contribution, whether voting rights in local elections should be limited to Slovenian and EU citizens (excluding third-country nationals), and whether the right to social assistance for able-bodied individuals should be conditioned on performing socially useful work.
