Various community hiking and walking events are taking place in Slovenia. In Bilje, the 48th traditional 'Biljenski griči' hike and run was held on September 6, 2026, bringing together walkers and runners to enjoy the local nature.
In Ljubljana, the 'Razgibana Ljubljana – vsi na pohod' project is continuing its autumn season. On October 24, 2026, a free guided hike will take participants from Urh to Orle. The project, funded by the Foundation for Sport, aims to promote healthy lifestyles and intergenerational socializing through outdoor movement.
