Slovenia Davis Cup lineup announced for Israel tie

Slovenia's national tennis team will face Israel in a Davis Cup World Group II tie held at the Breskvar Tennis Academy in Ljubljana. Slovenian captain Grega Žemlja has announced the lineup for the competition.

For the opening singles match on Friday, Bor Artnak (ATP rank 511) will compete against Israel's Amit Vales. He will be followed by Filip Jeff Planinšek (ATP rank 491), who faces Orel Kimhi.

Saturday's schedule begins with a doubles match featuring Sebastian Dominko and Žiga Šeško, followed by two additional singles matches. Žemlja noted that selecting the lineup was a tactical challenge due to the balanced rankings of the four available players. The winner of this tie will advance to the first world group.
