Slovenia defeats Israel 4–0 in Davis Cup tennis tie

Israel has been relegated to the Davis Cup World Group II playoffs following a 4–0 defeat against Slovenia in Ljubljana. The two-day tournament, held on clay courts, saw Slovenia secure victories in all four matches.

Slovenia’s Bor Artnak defeated Israel’s Amit Vales in the opening singles match. Orel Kimhi lost to Filip Planinšek in the second singles match. In the doubles contest, Sebastian Dominko and Ziga Sesko defeated Daniel Cuckierman and Ofek Shimanov. The final singles match saw Sebastian Dominko defeat Ben Weintraub to complete the sweep.
