Central Europe reports multiple serious traffic accidents and congestion
Multiple regions in Central Europe are experiencing significant traffic disruptions and serious accidents. In the Czech Republic, a collision between a car and a motorcycle near Hostašovice left a 46-year-old motorcyclist in critical condition and an 83-year-old driver with spinal injuries. Meanwhile, in Slovakia, authorities are searching for a driver of a white vehicle who fled the scene after a collision with a motorcyclist on Orava.
In Slovenia, heavy traffic and long delays of up to 10 kilometers have been reported on the Primorska and Štajerska motorways. Various accidents, including motorcycle falls and collisions, have contributed to the congestion. In Croatia, traffic on the A1 motorway toward Zagreb was interrupted due to a vehicle fire in the Sveti Rok tunnel, causing significant backups.
