Slovenian and Croatian Authorities Announce Public Real Estate Procurement Initiatives

The Municipality of Brežice in Slovenia issued a public tender (JN005961/2026) to carry out renovation and maintenance work on empty municipal apartments at Cesta bratov Milavcev 107. The scope includes demolition, re‑partitioning, bathroom upgrades, replacement of windows and doors, new ceramic tiling, painting, mechanical and electrical installations, and final cleaning. In Croatia, the State Real Estate Agency announced a public tender to sell 20 state‑owned properties across Zagreb, Karlovac, Osijek, Požega, Slavonski Brod and Vukovar. The offering comprises six apartments in Zagreb, multiple commercial spaces and garages, with starting prices from €2,810 up to €88,800. Zagreb apartments begin at €27,000 for 13.67 m² and go up to €71,100 for 32.36 m². Viewings are scheduled for 17–19 August 2026, bids are due by 28 August 2026, and opening of offers will occur the same day.
