Slovenian athletes compete in motocross and speedway events

In motocross, 15-year-old Alex Novak competed in the Croatian Open State Championship in Krašić. Representing AMX Racing Team Brežice on a Yamaha, Novak used the event to test a new technical KIT developed by the team. Despite the pressure of competing against more powerful engines in the Open class, Novak achieved a fourth-place overall finish.

In speedway, AMD Krško hosted the first Slovenian State Championship race for young riders on 250cc motorcycles at the Matija Gubec Stadium. The event featured riders from Slovenia, Italy, and the Czech Republic. Domen Gračner secured third place overall after achieving his first victory on the home track, while Tilen Prah Šoba finished fourth after withdrawing from the final heat following a fall.
