Slovenian health guide lists light dinner ideas and foods that disrupt sleep

A Slovenian health article presents five light, high‑protein, high‑fiber dinner options aimed at satiety and weight management. The suggested meals are a mixed salad with chicken breast, baked salmon served with potatoes or vegetables, an egg‑white omelette with cottage cheese, tuna risotto, and whole‑grain pasta topped with tomato sauce and low‑fat cheese.

A second Slovenian health piece warns that certain foods can disturb nighttime rest. It identifies very salty snacks, spicy or strongly seasoned dishes, tyramine‑rich items such as aged cheese, tomatoes, soy sauce and wine, sugary treats, and eating late as sleep‑disrupting factors. The article advises avoiding these foods in the evening and recommends finishing the last meal two to three hours before bedtime.
