Slovenian ski jumper Nika Vodan wins summer Grand Prix in Wisla, Poland

Slovenian ski jumper Nika Vodan claimed first place at the second event of the FIS Summer Grand Prix in Wisla, Poland, extending her lead in the overall standings. She finished 8.2 points ahead of Japan's Yuki Ito, who took second, while Norway's Silje Opseth placed third.

Ema Klinec, who won the previous day's competition, finished fifth in Wisla. The Slovene duo now tops the season leaderboard with Vodan on 150 points and Klinec close behind on 145, followed by Opseth on 140. Their strong performances also boosted Slovenia's standing in the Nations Cup, moving the team to the top of the competition.

The event featured a field of international competitors, but the Slovenian athletes dominated both individual and team results, underscoring their prominence in the summer ski jumping circuit.
