Slovenian sports update: KK Hidria wins basketball tournament and HDK Maribor prepares for hockey derby

In Slovenian sports, basketball club KK Hidria won an international preseason tournament held in Idrija on September 18 and 19. After Sežana defeated Koper in the opening match, Hidria secured the title by defeating Sežana in the final. The Austrian team Pirati took third place after defeating Koper.

In ice hockey, HDK Maribor is preparing for a Styrian derby against LedX Celje. Following a 2-5 loss to HK Triglav Kranj, the Maribor team seeks to improve their season standing.
