Slovenská sporiteľňa announces scheduled banking service outages

Slovenská sporiteľňa has announced two scheduled overnight system maintenance windows that will impact various banking services. The first outage is set for the night of September 25 to September 26, from 23:00 to 01:30. The second is scheduled for the night of September 28 to September 29, during the same timeframe.

During these periods, the George mobile and web banking applications, as well as services such as Business24, Sporopay, Databanking, and MultiCash, will be unavailable. SMS services and mToken signing will also be affected.

A critical 30-minute window from 00:15 to 00:45 on both nights will see additional restrictions, during which debit cards, ATMs, and deposit machines will be unavailable. This may also impact online payments and mobile payments via Google Pay, Apple Pay, Garmin Pay, SwatchPay!, and Xiaomi Pay. The bank advises customers to withdraw sufficient cash in advance to avoid inconvenience.
