Apple TV+ has released the sixth season of the spy thriller series ‘Slow Horses’. The new season consists of six episodes that adapt two novels by Mick Herron: ‘In the Country of Spies’ and ‘Slough House’.

The plot follows the disgraced MI5 agents of Slough House as they find themselves on the run, caught in a web of retaliation and revenge orchestrated by Diana Taverner, the Deputy Director General of MI5. The series stars Gary Oldman as the cynical veteran Jackson Lamb, alongside Kristin Scott Thomas, Jack Lowden, and Jonathan Pryce.

Based on the Slough House book series, the show has received significant critical acclaim and multiple Emmy nominations, including recognition for writer Will Smith and actor Jonathan Pryce.
