Slowly Slowly releases new single ‘Sacrosaint’

Melbourne alternative rock band Slowly Slowly has released a new single titled ‘Sacrosaint’. This marks the group’s first new music since their 2025 album ‘Forgiving Spree’ and serves as a preview for their upcoming sixth album, ‘Everybody Tells the Truth’, which is expected in 2027.

Notably, ‘Sacrosaint’ is the band’s first release since transitioning into a trio following the departure of lead guitarist Albert Doan. The current lineup consists of frontman Ben Stewart, bassist Alex Quayle, and drummer Patrick Murphy.

Frontman Ben Stewart, who also produced the track, described the song as an exploration of the erosion of the pillars that support personal and societal happiness. The accompanying music video was directed by Marcus Coblyn and features an apocalyptic visual theme inspired by classic rock videos.
