SM Prime expands logistics footprint with new Pasig facility for Shopee partners

SM Prime Holdings Inc., through its unit SM Warehouses, has delivered a new 40,000-square-metre logistics facility in Pasig City to support Shopee partners SPX Express and Scommerce Philippines Inc.

The Pasig facility is designed to function as an urban distribution hub, aiming to bring inventory closer to customers in Metro Manila to increase processing capacity and reduce last-mile delivery times. This expansion brings SM Prime’s total logistics space for Shopee’s partners in the Pasig and Laguna regions to over 126,000 square metres.

This follows a previous multi-year lease by SPX for approximately 86,000 square metres at the Silangan Warehouse complex in Laguna. While the Pasig hub focuses on urban distribution, the Silangan facility supports regional fulfillment and sorting operations, connecting Southern Luzon to a nationwide network.
