Smart City Asia 2026 showcases digital transformation in Vietnam

At the Smart City Asia 2026 exhibition in Hanoi, major technology providers demonstrated advanced digital solutions for urban management, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Seagate and LightJSC presented a simulated data journey within a Smart City Operations Center model. Their demonstration illustrated how data flows from physical security devices, such as AI cameras and access control systems, to centralized monitoring via Video Management Systems (VMS), and finally to storage and processing infrastructure designed to handle massive data volumes.

VNPT showcased a wide range of digital transformation products under the theme 'Digital Connection, Digital Data, Digital Operation'. Their offerings included AI-driven healthcare solutions like the Jarvis Med assistant and DrCare247 management app, as well as educational robots. Additionally, VNPT introduced Edge AI devices, including AI cameras, gateways, and laptops, which allow for localized data processing to enhance security and reduce reliance on centralized systems.
