Smart Communications launches ROAM+ annual roaming wallet

Smart Communications, Inc. has introduced ROAM+, an annual roaming wallet for its Smart Infinity Plan members. The service provides international roaming data credited at the start of a contract year, which can be used across multiple overseas trips within a 365-day period.

Data allocations are determined by the specific Infinity Plan held by the member: Plan 3500 includes 6GB, Plan 5000 provides 20GB, Plan 8000 offers 30GB, and Plan 9500 provides up to 40GB. Members can manage their connectivity through a single bill, retain their primary Smart number, and monitor their remaining balance via the Smart App.

Tina Montinola, head of Smart Infinity, stated that the service aims to provide a more seamless connectivity experience by reducing the need for customers to arrange separate roaming packages before every trip. ROAM+ joins other premium benefits such as worldwide concierge services, airport lounge access, and dedicated relationship manager support.
