Smart Craft to present manufacturing DX case studies at Tokyo expo

Smart Craft's COO, Yone, is scheduled to deliver a special lecture at the Manufacturing DX EXPO 2026 Summer Tokyo, held at Tokyo Big Sight from September 30 to October 2, 2026.

The presentation, titled “The Path to 20% Productivity Improvement: Integrating Management and the Frontline in Manufacturing DX,” will feature a dialogue with representatives from Tensho Electric Industry Co., Ltd. and Sansei Hamono Co., Ltd. These companies have implemented the Smart Craft cloud Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to achieve significant gains, including a 20% productivity increase and a 30% increase in monthly production volume.

The session aims to explore the challenges and decision-making processes involved in digital transformation, focusing on how to align management expectations with frontline operations without sacrificing quality.
