SmartMind Securities appoints new Chairwoman and rebrands

SmartMind Securities Joint Stock Company has announced significant leadership and structural changes following an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in early September 2026.

Nguyen Thi Lien, previously a Senior Assistant at Noblex Technology & Finance Group, has been appointed Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the 2026-2031 term, effective September 4, 2026. She does not hold shares in the company. Additionally, Ho Phi Anh has been appointed as a Board Member for the same term.

Departing the board are Nghiem Tuan Duong, who resigned as Chairman, and Bach Nguyen Vu, who resigned as a Board Member. Duong will continue to serve as the legal representative until formal registration procedures are completed.

The company also approved a name change to KL Securities Joint Stock Company, marking its fifth rebranding since inception. Furthermore, shareholders approved a 2026 cash dividend advance of 81.37% of charter capital, totaling approximately 814 billion VND, to be paid within six months.
