Smartphone manufacturers target Indonesian gaming market

The Indonesian smartphone market is seeing increased competition in the mid-range gaming segment. Manufacturers are offering devices priced around Rp3 million that feature high refresh rate screens, powerful chipsets, and specialized cooling systems.

Infinix has introduced the GT 30 5G, which utilizes the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 5G chipset and a 144Hz AMOLED display. The device includes gaming-specific hardware such as GT Triggers and bypass charging capabilities to manage battery heat during play.

Samsung has launched the Galaxy A27 5G Gaming Package in Indonesia, specifically targeting Free Fire players. The bundle includes the smartphone along with various accessories and in-game items, such as gaming finger sleeves, a limited edition jersey, and Diamond vouchers, valued at approximately Rp1 million.
