Smartworks and WorkWell report expansion in managed office sectors

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited, India’s largest managed office platform, has added ₹235 crore in incremental contracted rental revenue. This growth stems from expansion mandates by existing clients, including Fortune 500 and Forbes 2000 companies, across multiple cities. These expansions involve engagement tenures of up to 60 months and build upon a contracted rental revenue base of approximately ₹5,400 crore reported as of June 30, 2026.

In the United Kingdom, Yorkshire-based serviced office provider WorkWell has completed the redevelopment of an 8,675 sq ft former NHS building in Leeds. The facility at Carrwood Park, which includes private office suites and meeting rooms, has been fully let. One tenant, Horizon Care & Education, has expanded its presence in the park by taking up workspace approximately eight times larger than its original base.
