SMEs focus on AI integration and gender equity

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are navigating shifts in operational efficiency and workplace equity. In terms of productivity, the use of artificial intelligence is highlighted as a potential solution to prevent the loss of vital information. Traditional methods of capturing meeting minutes and verbal agreements often lead to forgotten responsibilities and operational delays, creating a financial risk for businesses.

Regarding social dynamics, a study by Great Place To Work involving 31,400 surveys indicates that SMEs with 10 to 50 employees scored 15 points higher in general favorability for gender equity compared to large corporations with over 1,000 employees. In Santa Fe, leaders like Alejandra Zogbi of Plastic S.A. represent a growing trend of women managing decision-making roles within family-owned industrial businesses.
