Smriti Irani initiates BJP Mission 2028 in Chhattisgarh

BJP National General Secretary Smriti Irani has commenced a two-day visit to Chhattisgarh to lay the groundwork for the 2028 assembly elections, a strategy referred to as ‘Mission 2028’. Accompanied by co-in-charge Siddharth Sambhu, Irani emphasized that grassroots booth workers are the central focus for securing electoral success.

During her visit, Irani implemented strict organizational discipline by reducing traditional VIP culture, including limiting ministerial convoys and restricting personal staff from meeting corridors. She conducted extensive performance reviews with the state cabinet, council of ministers, and various state board chairpersons.

Irani also held strategic sessions with local leadership, including a meeting with Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai. She expressed confidence that the party would retain power in the state with a massive majority in the upcoming polls, urging leaders to move away from fanfare and focus on booth-level machinery.
