SMSEM leader delivers 126 cars to winning teachers

Jenaro Martínez Reyes, General Secretary of the Sindicato de Maestros al Servicio del Estado de México (SMSEM), led the distribution of 126 automobiles to teachers who won prizes in raffles held for Teacher's Day celebrations.

The deliveries took place in two sessions at the “Prof. Agripín García Estrada” Auditorium in Toluca. On October 9, vehicles were handed to winners from the Toluca Valley, followed by the Mexico Valley winners on October 13.

In addition to the vehicles, winners received benefits including the vehicle invoice, a full tank of gasoline, and the first maintenance service free of charge, scheduled for 10,000 kilometers or six months of use. The prizes stem from raffles conducted in May as part of the union's commemorative activities for the state's teaching staff.
