Smukfest festival reported as calm by South East Jutland Police

South East Jutland Police reported a generally calm Smukfest, noting that festival attendees demonstrated responsible and positive behavior. While the event saw few legal violations, police are reviewing a specific concert following reports.

Authorities recorded several incidents, including eight reports of violence, four reports of theft, nine reports of pickpocketing, and one report of indecent exposure. Legal actions included citations for violating public order, insulting police, and obstructing police work. Additionally, 32 individuals were fined for possession of narcotics, and two fines were issued under the catering act.

Traffic enforcement was also a priority, resulting in 343 parking fines and the removal of nine vehicles that were improperly parked or obstructing traffic.
