Smyk expands Slovak presence with new Bratislava store

The Polish toy retailer Smyk is continuing its expansion into the Slovak market. Following the opening of stores in Bratislava’s Bory Mall and Avion, as well as a location in Prešov, the company is now preparing to open a third store in the capital at the Nivy Centrum shopping complex.

Job advertisements for sales staff at Nivy indicate a planned start date in early November. This move follows Smyk’s successful entry into the market, where it has already begun replacing long-standing competitors like Dráčik in certain locations.
