SN HLM launches third phase of Ngallèle housing project in Saint-Louis

The Société nationale des habitations à loyer modéré (SN HLM) has officially launched the third phase of its housing program in the Ngallèle district of Saint-Louis. This new stage involves the construction of 31 individual villas, consisting of 21 F4-type units and 10 F3-type units.

The project features two specific designs named ‘Diariatou’ and ‘Khadidja,’ built on optimized 200 m² plots. Prices for these homes are set between 34 and 39 million CFA francs (excluding taxes). To improve accessibility for the middle class and the Senegalese diaspora, the company is utilizing a rent-to-own financing model.

During the launch ceremony, SN HLM Director General Pape Abdourahmane Dabo and Regional Governor Al Hassan Sall inspected previously completed phases. The initiative is part of a broader national strategy to reduce the housing deficit and ensure decent living conditions for all citizens.
