Sơn Đoòng cave tours targeted by fraudulent websites

Fraudulent websites are falsely advertising expedition tours to Sơn Đoòng cave, despite official bookings being fully reserved through the end of 2028. These sophisticated websites mimic the interface, images, and content of the official provider, Oxalis Adventure, to deceive travelers.

Some fraudulent domains identified include oxadventur.com, oxadventura.com, and oxadventures.shop. These sites reportedly use artificial intelligence to generate professional-looking content and run advertisements on platforms like Google to target potential tourists.

Sơn Đoòng, located within the Phong Nha - Kẻ Bàng National Park, is the world's largest natural cave. Due to strict ecological protections, tours are limited to small groups of up to 10 people and must be booked well in advance. The official 6-day, 5-night expedition is priced at approximately 80 million VND (around 3,000 USD) per person.
