Snagov featured in upcoming ROventura travel episode

The travel show ROventura will feature the Snagov village near Bucharest in its upcoming episode airing Saturday at 14:45 on Kanal D. Hosts George Mihai and Andreea Străvoiu will explore the local attractions, including the Snagov Lake and the Peasant Museum.

Snagov is noted for its historical significance, with ties to Mircea cel Bătrân and Vlad Țepeș, the latter of whom is credited with the area's founding. The Snagov Monastery, located on an island in the northern part of the lake, remains a key historical and religious site. The area is also a protected natural zone and contains the largest natural lake in the Romanian Plain.
