Snake rescued from kitchen at Rajasthan resort

A five-foot-long red snake was discovered among kitchen utensils at the Sariska Desi Dhani Resort in Alwar, Rajasthan. The sighting caused panic among the resort staff, who fled the kitchen and alerted a rescue team.

Rescuers identified the reptile as a non-venomous red snake. The animal was safely captured by hand and released into the nearby forest. Local experts noted that snake sightings are common in the Sariska region due to the proximity of resorts to natural wildlife habitats, particularly during the rainy and winter seasons.
