Snoopy in Style NYC exhibition explores Peanuts fashion history

The Snoopy in Style NYC exhibition is opening in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, exploring the cultural impact and fashion history of the Peanuts comic strip and characters. Curated by The Charles M. Schulz Museum and Research Center, the 16,000-square-foot event features 10 immersive zones.

The exhibition showcases a timeline of Snoopy’s relationship with the fashion industry, ranging from archival pieces to new designer commissions. While historical collaborations include brands such as Chanel, Hermès, and Dior, the New York presentation includes new looks created by designers such as BODE, Christopher John Rogers, Coach, GAP Studio by Zac Posen, and Sandy Liang.

Beyond fashion, the installation includes themed zones dedicated to sports, music, and popular culture, illustrating how the intellectual property created by Charles M. Schulz has maintained global visibility and brand power since its debut in 1950.
