Snow Man stars in new Calbee miino snack commercial

Calbee has released a new television commercial for its ‘miino’ snack brand featuring the Japanese idol group Snow Man. In the advertisement, titled ‘Soramame Imo Kuri Calbee miino’, eight members of the group appear dressed as broad beans, chestnuts, and sweet potatoes, performing a synchronized march across a desk.

Ren Meguro, who is currently in Canada filming the second season of ‘SHOGUN’, participates in the commercial via voiceover. He portrays the owner of the room, interacting with the other members as they carry product packaging.

The campaign includes the launch of new ‘miino’ flavors, specifically sweet potato plain and chestnut plain, with various promotional activities and a giveaway campaign scheduled to begin in late October.
