SNTE Section 26 rotates regional coordinators in Altiplano

The National Union of Education Workers (SNTE) Section 26 has implemented seven leadership changes across six municipalities in the Altiplano region of San Luis Potosí. These rotations aim to improve territorial management and bring union leadership closer to members.

New regional coordinators have been appointed for Matehuala, Villa de Guadalupe, Villa de La Paz, Catorce, Cedral, and Vanegas. According to coordinator Enrique López García, these changes follow instructions from General Secretary Juan Carlos Bárcenas Ramírez to strengthen union management and address teacher needs more effectively through the end of the 2026 term.
