São Benedito announces R$ 630 million in projected sales for 2026

The construction company São Benedito, based in Cuiabá, has announced projected sales of R$ 630 million for 2026. This figure includes upcoming launches, completed deliveries, and ongoing construction projects.

A central part of this growth is the Raízes project in Sinop, Mato Grosso. The development is set to be the city’s first skyscraper, reaching a total height of 200 meters, including its foundation. The tower will feature 42 floors and 132 apartments, with an estimated sales value of approximately R$ 500 million. The project is expected to stimulate the local economy in Sinop through job creation and increased demand for services.
