São Bernardo starts bidding for new Vila São Pedro bus terminal

The municipal government of São Bernardo has initiated a bidding process for the development of a new bus terminal in Vila São Pedro. The project includes the creation of basic and executive designs, as well as the construction of an Operational Control Center (CCO).

The estimated cost for the contract is R$ 5.585 million, funded through credit operations and federal agreements. The selected company or consortium will have ten months to execute the services, with a total contractual term of approximately 13 months. The scope of the project encompasses road infrastructure, buildings, traffic control systems, and real-time centralized data communication.

This project is part of a long-term urban transport plan for the city. Following the inclusion of the terminal and CCO in the federal New PAC (Growth Acceleration Program), the municipal administration has moved forward to advance the development of this transport hub.
