São Gonçalo do Rio Abaixo finalizes 2027 municipal budget

The municipality of São Gonçalo do Rio Abaixo is finalizing its municipal budget for 2027. Coordinated by the Municipal Planning Secretariat, the process has completed initial data collection and inter-departmental studies.

A significant development in this year's cycle is the digitalization of the entire budgetary process. For the first time, the municipality is utilizing the Integrated Budgetary Planning System (SIPO), developed through a partnership between the Secretariats of Planning and Information Technology. This tool is intended to increase agility, organization, and integration in planning future investments.

Once finalized, the proposal will be submitted to Mayor Raimundo Nonato de Barcelos for review before being sent to the Municipal Chamber for discussion and voting.
