So Ji‑sub's 'Agent Kim Reactivated' reaches No. 3 on Netflix global TV rankings
The SBS Friday‑Saturday drama “Agent Kim Reactivated”, starring So Ji‑sub, has become a breakout hit both in South Korea and internationally. Within two episodes the series surged past a 15 % nationwide audience rating – the highest for an SBS drama in 2026 and the first to exceed that level in five years – while also topping the Netflix TV show chart at No. 3 worldwide, according to FlixPatrol data on 29 June (674 points). It held the No. 1 position in eight countries, including South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam and Singapore.
Adapted from the webtoon “Manager Kim”, the thriller follows former undercover operative Kim Do‑hyeon who re‑enters the field to rescue his abducted daughter. The series comprises ten episodes released twice weekly on Fridays and Saturdays, with the first two episodes drawing 1.9 million and 3.2 million viewers respectively. The final installments are scheduled for 24‑25 July.
