São João Batista provides higher education scholarships

The Parish Council of São João Batista, located in Campo Maior, is providing ten higher education scholarships to local students. Each scholarship consists of 75 euros per month for ten months, totaling 750 euros per student.

According to President Anselmina Caldeirão, these grants are intended to complement the existing municipal support provided by Campo Maior, which currently offers 100 scholarships. The initiative aims to promote equal opportunities and provide financial relief to families facing economic difficulties, ensuring that no student is left behind due to a lack of resources.
