São José dos Pinhais mechanic expands workshop after local support

Maicon Alves and his wife, Michele Nadolny, have expanded their mechanical workshop in the Guatupê neighborhood of São José dos Pinhais. The business originated during the COVID-19 pandemic when the couple transitioned from corporate and unemployed status to entrepreneurship, initially operating out of their home garage.

After approximately five and a half years of growth, the business moved to a larger facility. The couple sought assistance from the Sala do Empreendedor to navigate bureaucratic procedures and business regularization, particularly following a significant loss caused by a vehicle fire at their previous location.
