São José hosts Campeonato Catarinense de Duathlon stage

São José is hosting the second stage of the Campeonato Catarinense de Duathlon. The main event is scheduled to start at 7:30 am at the Centro Multiuso, with sections of the course running along the Beira-Mar de São José.

In preparation for the competition, members of the Time São José triathlon team conducted specialized training sessions focusing on technical skills such as bicycle control, agility, and direction changes. The local municipality also continues to support youth development through the Escolinha de Triatlo, a free program offering running, cycling, and swimming activities via a partnership between ADTRISC and the City Hall.
